PIS shakes up structure
Financial and risk adviser Professional Investment Services has restructured its operations to create three distinct function areas: client engagement, client recruitment, and client strategy and solutions.
Former advice GM Stephen Poole will run client engagement, with appointments in the other sections to follow soon.
“We have, in effect, flattened the organisation’s structure to improve how we interface with our clients, and we are implementing a regional leadership model as part of this change,” CEO Peter Walther said.
Four staff members have been made redundant under the changes.
