PIS chief steps down
Peter Walther, the CEO of Centrepoint Alliance’s financial planning business Professional Investment Services (PIS), has resigned after 18 months with the company.
He will be temporarily replaced by new Centrepoint CEO John de Zwart, and will help with the transition while a replacement is sought.
“Mr Walther has successfully repositioned the business and instilled a client service culture of quality advice, which has restored confidence in the PIS network,” Mr de Zwart said.
“Crucial to this achievement has been his recruitment and development of a strong leadership team.”
Tony Robinson resigned as CEO of Centrepoint Alliance earlier this month.
