Outstanding planners to be recognised
In what has been a tough year for planners, the Financial Planning Association (FPA) is concentrating on the positives by calling for nominations for two awards.
The FPA is urging members to nominate for “distinguished service” awards and the appointment of fellows to recognise exceptional contributions to the association, the profession and the community.
CEO Jo-Anne Bloch says it is important to highlight the “exceptional service and professionalism” of its members.
“I’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate all FPA members for their resilience and strength in such a difficult economic climate,” she said.
The awards will be announced at the FPA’s national conference in Melbourne on November 19.
