ANZ-owned OnePath has introduced digital portals for trustees and members to access claims information.

The RiskWorks Insurance Manager tool allows trustees to obtain member updates and access performance data online.

OnePath developed the portal in response to trustee feedback.

The RiskWorks MyClaim tool gives members up-to-date claim information.

“Together, trustees and members can view and discuss the information, giving both parties greater transparency and clarity about a claim’s status,” ANZ says.
