Financial Advice Association Australia is seeking nominations for top-performing advisers across six award categories.

The categories are certified financial planner of the year; adviser of the year; inspire women excellence in advice; professional practice of the year; generation next rising star; and university student of the year.

Association GM of membership Tania Milnes says the annual awards recognise the impact good financial advice can have on Australians.

“By supporting the FAAA Awards, our members can help celebrate the commitment, talent and passion within our profession and share the good stories about financial advice,” she said.

This year, members can nominate others for an award.

“This not only encourages applicants to put themselves forward but also validates the hard work and dedication of their peers,” Ms Milnes said.

Winners will be announced at the FAAA Congress gala dinner in Brisbane on November 28.
