MetLife and the Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) have given 14 inaugural grants to rising female financial planners and paraplanners.

The professional development packages include registration at the AFA annual conference, attendance at AFA events, and networking and support from MetLife Australia.

“The AFA is proud to support the professional development of emerging female advisers and paraplanners with this grant … and we are confident that both the profession as a whole and the recipients themselves will reap the rewards of this initiative,” AFA CEO Philip Kewin said.
