The Investment and Financial Services Association (IFSA) has appointed John O’Shaughnessy as Deputy CEO following the relocation of former Deputy Jo-Anne Bloch.

Mr O’Shaughnessy has worked for a number of IFSA member companies in Australia and abroad including Tower, AMP, Westpac, T&G and Colonial Mutual (now Colonial First State) in senior management positions.

IFSA CEO Richard Gilbert says Mr O’Shaughnessy is experienced in life insurance, pensions, mutual funds, banking, general insurance, finance, trustee services and the trading of equities and derivatives.
