New blood for IFSA board
The Investment and Financial Services Association (IFSA) has welcomed three new board members.
After the resignations of Paul Bedbrook, Paul Fegan and Craig Dunn, Axa Australia CEO Warren Lee, St George Bank Group Executive Wealth Management Geoffrey Lloyd and AMP Financial Services MD Craig Meller have joined the board.
They join the eight other directors, chairman and two deputy chairmen representing the retail and wholesale funds management, superannuation and life insurance industries.
Perpetual Limited MD David Deverall stays on as Chairman, as do Vanguard Investments Australia MD Jeremy Duffield and Macquarie Financial Services Group Executive Director Peter Maher as Deputy Chairmen.
