MetLife Australia has appointed David Campbell as COO, effective from September 17.

He joins from TAL Life, where he was GM for customer operations and underwriting over the past three years.

“His experience managing large-scale transformation, plus his leadership skills, will enable him to make a major contribution to our efforts to reimagine the future of claims and underwriting,” Acting CEO Vince Watt said.
