MetLife, Count Financial launch adviser education initiative
Count Financial announced today it will provide an educational program for its network of risk advisers in collaboration with MetLife Australia.
The Risk Insurance Academy will run between November and April, offering 10 fortnightly sessions on different topics such as underwriting, claims, taxation, superannuation, business insurance and succession planning.
Subject matters experts from MetLife will deliver the content for the program, which will start its first session next Wednesday.
“We continually look at new ways to enhance our licensee offer to our adviser network because we know that investing in their professional development will lead to exceptional client outcomes,” Chief Advice Officer Andrew Kennedy said.
“Given the unusual and unexpected challenges that have arisen in 2020, there’s never been a more important time for Australians to be prepared and have the right level of insurance cover in place.”
