MetLife Australia has appointed Jeremy Simmons as Head of Operations and Matthew O’Halloran as Head of IT.

Mr Simmons was previously GM customer strategy at TAL and has held a number of senior executive positions at NRMA.

Mr O’Halloran was previously head of infrastructure at Toyota Financial Services in Australia.

MetLife has also appointed Joshua McKenzie as Direct Contact Centre Manager, Oliver Johnston as Head of Business Intelligence and Data Governance, and Aaron Fuller as Head of Data and Digital.

Mr McKenzie joins from Stream Live in the UK, while Mr Johnston moves from NAB. Mr Fuller was previously head of digital at Hollard Financial Services.

MetLife Australia CEO Deanne Stewart says appointments made this year are expected to increase the group’s operational capabilities.
