MetLife has launched a tool to help employers measure the financial benefit of investing in staff wellness.

The insurer says its corporate impact calculator shows the estimated benefit of interventions via its 360Health program, putting a dollar value on the impact of absenteeism/presenteeism, medical costs and employee loyalty. 360Health is a workplace health and wellbeing solution available to MetLife-insured employees and their families.

“At MetLife, we believe that employee health and wellness is not just about personal wellbeing, it’s also a business imperative,” chief customer and marketing officer Lina Saliba said.

“Our new corporate impact calculator is a powerful tool that shows the estimated value of 360Health for employers, and how engagement can benefit both the employer and the employee.”
