MetLife has launched an online tool for group insurance policyholders to access their cover.

The life insurer says the platform provides a “simple, secure and convenient” way for super fund members to “manage their insurance at their fingertips”.

Chief customer and marketing officer Lina Saliba says the Manage My Insurance tool is “part of our digital transformation journey, as we continue to invest in technology and innovation to enhance our digital customer experience and deliver on our promise of being a trusted insurer”.
