MetLife Australia has received certification from workplace accreditor Great Place to Work.

About 73% of the life insurer’s employees say it is a “great place to work”, according to the researcher.

“It is evident that MetLife stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees,” Great Place to Work global recognition VP Sarah Lewis-Kulin said.

MetLife Australia CEO Richard Nunn says the certification is a strong endorsement from workers.

“We are thrilled that our employees consider MetLife a great place to work,” he said. “We focus on building a positive, diverse and inclusive workplace, because we know it means we have the best people, doing their best work to support our customers.”
