Mercer Marsh Benefits and Integrity Life have joined forces to deliver workplace wellbeing workshops specifically designed for SME employers from various industries and sectors.

Mercer Marsh Benefits is a collaboration between Marsh and Mercer Consulting. It is made up of a number of groups including Workforce Strategies, Employee Health and Benefits as well as Recovre, a specialised workplace rehabilitation service provider.

The pilot program offers online workshops for employers which provide easier access to training in employee wellbeing for SME managers, offering relevant and practical solutions to promote a healthy and productive workplace for staff.

The workshops improve workplace culture and prevent mental health issues escalating into more serious conditions, helping to instil a culture of health and wellbeing with guidance.
