Lumley Life achieves $100 million goal
Lumley Life has hit the $100 million annual premium income milestone, attributing its success to an innovative and client-focused outlook.
“The company’s success has come from focusing on providing innovative risk protection products supported by high quality client service,” MD Geoff Black said.
Mr Black said Lumley has an edge over its competitors because it “is not burdened by the pressure of building investment funds under management”. He said Lumley Life tries to ensure its products fit with the changing needs of clients.
The approach for the future will remain on risk protection, in particular working with financial advisers. “We are looking to build closer relationships with adviser groups to provide the specialised risk protection products they need to make sure their clients’ best interests are served,” Mr Black said.
