Life insurance comparison site launched
A personal finance comparison site provider has branched out into the life insurance market.
Comparison Finder, which runs a number of sites on personal finance and mobile phones, has launched Life Insurance Finder.
The site was launched last week and still has limited functionality.
Comparison Finder director Fred Schebesta told insuranceNEWS.com.au the company is still adding insurers to the list and adding more comparison options.
“At this stage it is more an information site rather than selling to the market,” he said. “In the next month we will put a new skin on the site that will have more options.”
Insurers included on the site at present include AMP, AIA, Macquarie, Tower and Zurich.
The site covers life, trauma and permanent disability as well as income protection product comparisons. The service is free and consumers are not required to provide any personal data to use the site.
