Allianz Global Assistance has appointed Julie Brown as GM Health and Lifecare.

She will specialise in overseas visitor and student portfolios and products for the ageing market, and will lead a drive to maximise business opportunities.

A professional consultant in the health and education sector, Ms Brown joins Allianz from TAFE NSW, where she was a marketing consultant from July last year.

She is a former group marketing director of MBF Health and was a marketing consultant at MLC and NAB.
