IOOF is to make its offer for Plan B unconditional after securing 86.1% of the dealer group’s shares.

The offer for remaining shares has been extended from tomorrow to October 9.

Plan B has declared a 3-cent fully franked dividend for shareholders on the register as of Wednesday, the day before the offer becomes unconditional.
