Integrity Life announced today it has entered into a working partnership with Australian Group Insurances (AGI), a third-party insurance administrator.

From this month onwards AGI will administer the life insurer’s new group business and Integrity Life’s existing group portfolio will transition in phases at the middle of the month.

Integrity Life says appointing AGI as group life insurance administrator will improve partner and client experience. The arrangement also allows Integrity Life to have access to an online end-to-end policy administration platform, with market-leading response times.

“Integrity Life’s Group Corporate portfolio has grown significantly over the last 12 months, and we’re delighted to be welcoming AGI as our group administration provider,” GM Product & Proposition Gary Bailison said.

“We believe this partnership will improve the broker, adviser, employer and employee service experience, allowing us to scale as our group portfolio grows and will enable us to access leading technology functionality.”
