iExtend has appointed Michael Edwin as its new CFO.  

Mr Edwin joins from Sydney-based online broker AxiCorp, where he headed its financial control and tax operations. He also has experience at several major financial firms, including Equifax, KPMG, and Deloitte.   

Mr Edwin will report to iExtend CEO David Sarkis, as the company prepares for an Australian Financial Services Licence later this year, after entering a court enforceable undertaking last year.  

Mr Sarkis welcomed Mr Edwin’s addition as it continues to explore licensing options.
