Greenstone has promoted COO Brenard Grobler to CEO.

He joined the company in 2008 as head of product and underwriting at Hollard Financial Services, and became Greenstone Financial Services COO in November 2015.

“He is a strong leader who has significant knowledge of the insurance industry, having worked in leadership roles within the sector both domestically and internationally,” Greenstone Chairman Richard Enthoven said.

Mr Enthoven says the company will continue to expand its customer base from the current 500,000-plus policyholders.
