Gallagher has bought life risk adviser Via Financial Group. 

Via’s team, which also provides financial planning and wealth management services, will join Gallagher under its local head of employee benefits Graham Campbell.

The business was established in 2017 when Life Risk Management and Monet Financial Solutions merged. It is based in Sydney and NSW’s Northern Rivers.  

“Via Financial Group is a highly regarded firm whose financial advisory services complement our existing benefits consulting operations in Australia,” Gallagher chairman and CEO J Patrick Gallagher said.

Via’s six co-founders – Peter Kirby, Daniel Burden, Sam Haydon, Ben Davis, Robert Wilson and Matthew Read – and its employees will stay on.
