Future2 tops $130,000 in grants
The Financial Planning Association’s (FPA) charity arm, the Future2 Foundation, has awarded $133,000 in grants this year to 14 charities that help socially and financially disadvantaged young Australians.
Beneficiaries include Byron Youth Services, the Run Beyond Project, BestLife, Special Olympics Australia, EBL Disability Services, Teen Challenge and Beacon Foundation.
In the 10 years it has operated, the Future2 Foundation has committed $823,000.
“I applaud the generosity of those FPA members who commit their time and energy to help make a meaningful difference to their communities,” Chairman Matthew Brown said.
