The Financial Services Council is consulting with members on a standards blueprint and two draft legislative instruments released by the Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority.

The instruments cover the proposed title granted to advisers in training and professional development, and follow submissions to the authority.

The Financial Services Council will make submissions on the draft legislative instruments this month.
