FPA roadshow focuses on education standards
The next Financial Planning Association (FPA) National Roadshow aims to inform members about proposed Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority (FASEA) standards.
Topics will include: FASEA education standards; government and regulator policy agendas; and enhancing client experience and relationships.
FPA CEO Dante De Gori says the roadshow aims to provide answers on education standards.
“We know there’s a lot of confusion among… financial advisers about how exactly the proposed FASEA standards will affect them,” he said.
“I encourage FPA members to share their concerns so we can address the issues and build a solid position to respond to FASEA in an appropriate and meaningful way.
“Our aim is always to support FPA members to meet their education and professional obligations, and this will be a focus of our discussion at the roadshow.”
The roadshow starts in Melbourne on April 18 and visits 33 locations over the next two months. To register, click here.
