The Financial Planning Association says Petra Churcher will next month become Chairman of its charitable arm the Future2 Foundation.

Ms Churcher currently chairs the Future2 grants committee and was GM at ipac SA until July last year.

“Petra is also a member of the Future2 investment committee, so together with her own volunteer and fundraising efforts she has a unique 360-degree view she brings to this leadership role,” association CEO Dante De Gori said.

The foundation, established 11 years ago, raises funds for an annual grants program that supports non-profit organisations helping disadvantaged young people. It passed the $1 million milestone this month.
