The Financial Planning Association (FPA) has named finalists across six different categories for its annual FPA Awards.

The awards honour financial advisers who have achieved the highest professional and ethical standards.

The categories include: FPA Certified Financial Planner of the Year, Financial Planner of the Year, Paraplanner of the Year, Professional Practice of the Year, University Student of the Year, and the Community Service Award.

Twenty individuals and companies have been nominated. Brisbane-based Tupicoffs is the stand-out, with the company and four of its advisers nominated across different categories.

The awards event will be held at the FPA Professionals Congress at the St Kilda Sea Baths in Melbourne on November 28. To register click here.
