The Financial Planning Association has named Graham McDonald as the new Chairman of its Conduct Review Commission (CRC) and Dale Boucher as his deputy.

Mr McDonald started his three-year term on March 1, assuming the position from outgoing deputy and acting chairman Mark Vincent.

He is an experienced solicitor and barrister, and has a deep understanding of dispute resolution, gained as a former presidential member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Mr Boucher will start his three-year term on July 1. He is currently CEO of the Legal Services Council and Commissioner for Uniform Legal Services Regulation.
