The Financial Planning Association (FPA) has named the winners of its annual awards recognising outstanding performances across six categories.

FPA says the awards also celebrate the individuals and businesses who go above and beyond to deliver outstanding results for clients and give back to the community.

Kathryn Creasy of Capital Partners in west Perth took home the coveted FPA Certified Financial Planner Professional of the Year prize.

The award acknowledges her outstanding approach to providing comprehensive financial planning advice to her clients and also her passion for mentoring those within her team and the broader profession.

“She is a shining example to all those that are considering a career in financial planning and the life-changing difference our work can make with a client,” FPA CEO Dante De Gori said.

Professional Practice of the Year - Apt Wealth in NSW

Financial Planner AFP of the Year - Leanne Bielik of Wealth Pty Ltd in Victoria

Advice Innovation - Daniel Thompson of Finnacle Solutions in NSW

Paraplanner of the Year - Andrew Mann of Tupicoffs in Queensland

University Student of the Year - Nicole Gardner of Kaplan Professional in Victoria
