FPA hunts new CEO as De Gori prepares to step down
The Financial Planning Association (FPA) has commenced a search for a new CEO to succeed Dante De Gori, who will be stepping down at the end of the year after nearly six years in the role.
FPA Chairman Marisa Broome says Mr De Gori has made an “exceptional contribution” to the financial planning profession during his time with the peak body.
“From his original appointment to work as the FPA Head of Policy and Government Relations, then adding Professional Standards to his remit through to his appointment as [CEO] in March 2016, [he] has always put the profession of financial planning and the FPA members first,” Ms Broome said.
“[He] will leave a lasting positive legacy at the FPA.”
