FPA finalises awards contenders
The Financial Planning Association (FPA) has shortlisted the contenders for its annual awards recognising high standards of professionalism and quality of advice provided to clients.
FPA says the winners will be announced next month at its Professionals Congress event in Sydney.
“The quality of the applications received has been outstanding,” FPA CEO Sarah Abood said.
“All the finalists have consistently demonstrated great commitment and passion to their clients, community and the profession, and significantly impacted the lives of their clients and communities for the better.”
Here are the finalists across the four categories:
FPA Certified Financial Planner Professional of the Year Award: Paul Benson (Guidance Financial Services, VIC), Naomi Mee-Martino (Bastion Financial Group, WA), Andrew Reynolds (EFS Advice, NSW).
FPA Financial Planner AFP of the Year Award: Lili Hong (Future Gen Solutions, Queensland), Bill Savellis (Olive Grove Financial Advice, NSW).
FPA Professional Practice of the Year Award: Alman Partners (Queensland), Boutique Advisers (WA), VISIS Private Wealth (Queensland).
FPA University Student of the Year Award: Matthew Kanizay (Deakin University), Joel Perryman (University of South Australia), Georgia Camerlengo (University of South Australia).
