FPA charity increases grants
The Financial Planning Association’s charity arm Future2 has awarded $191,066 in new grants this year, a 5% increase from 2018.
The grants went to 20 not-for-profit organisations, particularly for young Australians suffering social, financial or physical hardship. Since 2007 it has provided $1,195,066 to charities.
This year’s recipients include: Country to Canberra, Kulture Break, Fighting Chance Australia, Human Nature Adventure Therapy, Top Blokes Foundation, Micah Projects, Smart Pups, SunnyKids, The Compass Institute, Autism SA, the Sammy D Foundation, the Youth Opportunities Association, West Moonah Community House, Windeward Bound, the Ladder Project Foundation, Ocean Mind, Society Melbourne, South Sudanese Australia Youth, Kids Camps Inc TA Cahoots and Leading Youth Forward.
