FPA charity cyclists hit the road

This year’s Future2 Wheel Classic set off from Perth last week, with 19 cyclists raising funds for the Financial Planning Association’s (FPA) charity.

The seven-day, 930km ride will follow a coastal route to Margaret River, returning to Perth via Bridgetown and Mandurah for the opening of the FPA conference this week.

Olympic cyclist Anna Meares will greet riders at the conference and present trophies to the top fundraisers and the participant who showed most grit and determination.

The ride started in suburban Como at the Esther Café, an initiative of women’s health group the Esther Foundation, which was awarded a multi-year grant from Future2 last year.
