Jane Bowd has replaced Mark Rantall on the Financial Planning Association board.

Mr Rantall was association CEO from July 2010 to February 2016, and has since held an advisory role as a board member.

Ms Bowd is Group Company Secretary and Corporate Counsel at Coca-Cola Amatil.

Chairman Neil Kendall says Ms Bowd brings “deep knowledge and expertise in legal and governance matters from her prior financial services roles, and private practice”.
