The Financial Planning Association (FPA) says William Johns has been re-elected as board member and will begin his three-year term when the annual general meeting (AGM) starts on November 22.

FPA also announced Angela Martyn and Jade Khao are joining as new board members, starting their terms also on the day of the AGM.

“On behalf of the FPA Board, we are delighted that [Mr Johns] will continue to serve on the board and we’re also very pleased to welcome [Miss Martyn] and [Ms Khao],” Chair David Sharpe said.

“Each bring important skills and experience which will add to the depth of knowledge on the FPA board.”

The appointments follow the expiry of board terms for Alison Henderson, Mr Sharpe and Mr Johns this month.

Mr Sharpe has been appointed by the board as an additional director and continues as FPA Chair.
