TAL and the Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) have named four finalists for the Female Excellence in Advice Award.

The awards encourage more women to enter the financial planning industry and take up leadership positions, and also encourage more women to seek financial advice.

The finalists are Felicity Cooper, of Cooper Wealth Management, Tracey Ferguson, of Ferguson Financial Planning, Dawn Thomas, of Wealthwise, and Tabitha Tworek, of Insight Wealth Planning.

The winner will be announced at the AFA Conference at the end of the month and will receive a $15,000 tailored education package from TAL.
