Tanya Hadfield has been appointed Head of People and Culture at Fidelity Life, replacing Stacey McDonald.

Ms Hadfield has more than 20 years’ insurance industry experience, with her most recent role being chief people officer at Partners Life.

Previous positions include EGM people and culture at IAG New Zealand, regional director of human resources in Asia and the Middle East for Royal Sun Alliance, national human resources manager for Ace Insurance and human resources manager for Sovereign Insurance.

Meanwhile, David Telfer has been appointed Otago and Southland Business Development Manager, based in Queenstown, New Zealand. He has more than 10 years of sales and marketing experience, most recently as a life insurance adviser with AdviceFirst.
