FAAA announces new board members
The Financial Advice Association of Australia (FAAA) has announced three new board members who will start their three-year terms at the annual general meeting on November 20.
FAAA says the appointments of Felicity Cooper, Deborah Kent and Sheila Gutierrez-Cabacungan follow the expiry of the terms for Kearsten James, Julie Matheson and Julian Place next month.
“On behalf of the FAAA Board, we are pleased to welcome Felicity, Deborah and Sheila. Each bring important skills and experience which will add to the depth of knowledge on the FAAA Board,” Chair David Sharpe said.
“I would like to sincerely thank the three departing directors.”
Ms Cooper runs her advisory practice Cooper Wealth in Gold Coast, Ms Kent is the co-founder of Integra Financial Services and Ms Gutierrez-Cabacungan is the Principle Financial Planner and owner of Wealth Forum.
