Anne Brown has been appointed Chairman of the Life Code Compliance Committee, replacing David Weisbrot.

Ms Brown has been chief risk officer for the Australian Securities Exchange and GM of risk and compliance at the Sydney Futures Exchange, and has also held senior auditing roles with KPMG in Sydney and the UK.

She is a non-executive director of the Clean Energy Regulator and a member of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission’s markets disciplinary panel.

The other committee members are financial services veteran David Goodsall and Financial Rights Legal Centre Principal Solicitor Alexandra Kelly.
