ClearView has launched a private label platform that incorporates life insurance products and wealth management.

Called LifeSolutions, the platform will offer a full suite of life insurance products including income protection, total and permanent disability (TPD) as well as business expenses cover. It will also offer group life insurance through the LifeSolutions Super product on the platform.

MD Simon Swanson says integrating life insurance and wealth management on the platform will provide an alternative offering to advisers using its competitors’ platforms.

“We have been able to launch a full suite of life advice products and services together with a comprehensive line of high-end wealth products in a record time due to our lack of legacy products and systems,” he said.

“These new products and services are extremely competitive in terms of pricing and features to meet the needs of sophisticated investors and advisers.”

Mr Swanson says the launch of the platform brings the company closer to being a “fully vertically integrated life insurance and wealth management company” that will compete across the broad spectrum of the industry.

ClearView is aiming for independent financial advisers to use the new platform in addition to its own dealer group advisers.
