ClearView has completed its $50 million capital-raising, with the retail component contributing $11.6 million.

Retail investors did not take up their full entitlement, so 4.9 million shares were offered to institutional investors by underwriter Morgan Stanley Australia.

The offer for existing shareholders was one for 10.2 shares, for both institutional and retail investors.

MD Simon Swanson says retail investors’ support for the capital-raising is encouraging. 

“The completion of the retail book-build in such a short timeframe continues to highlight the clear support of our strategy for the growth of our business,” he said.
