Premium funder Centrepoint Alliance has appointed its General Counsel Marty Carne as Company Secretary. He will share the role with Debra Anderson.

Mr Carne joined the company in April last year. Previous roles include MD of financial services company KNM Group, GM retail and general counsel at PrefSure Life and Lumley Life, compliance manager at Commonwealth Funds Management and Australian Securities and Investments Commission director of enforcement.
