Coenraad Jonker, co-founder of South African branchless banking start-up Tyme, has been appointed Group Executive International Financial Services at Commonwealth Bank, replacing Rob Jesudason.

Mr Jesudason will replace David Craig as Group CFO, effective from July 1.

Mr Jonker is currently a member of the international financial services leadership team, responsible for digital transformation.

Tyme was acquired by the Commonwealth Bank in 2015.
