AMP has made a number of design and technology changes to the life insurance components of its adviser platform Elevate Online.

It has simplified the quoting and application process, allowing advisers to use iPad or Android tablets to compare multiple insurance options and plans.

AMP Head of Retail Insurance Greg Johnson says advisers will also find it easier to track applications online, from proposal submission to completion of contract.

“The changes were based on feedback from advisers and designed to allow them to spend more time with customers,” he said. “The enhancements will reduce advisers’ cost to serve and, importantly, give them more time to have quality conversations with customers.”
