AMP posts 63% cashflow increase

AMP Financial Services net cashflows increased 63% during the first quarter as increasing superannuation contributions from employers offset lower discretionary contributions.

Total net cashflows climbed to $210 million from $129 million during the opening quarter last year.

AMP Financial Services contemporary wealth management average assets under management fell 21% to $41.8 billion. Assets under management within AMP Capital Investors meanwhile fell 15% to $89.7 billion.
