The Australasian Life Underwriting and Claims Association (ALUCA) has named the winners of this year’s excellence awards.

Chantelle Everett of TAL took home the leadership award, MetLife’s Adrian Argall triumphed in the rising star category and Hannover Re’s June Khaw won the rehabilitation prize.

In the team section, TAL earned underwriting honours, MetLife for claims and BT Life and Guardian for customer service.

“Having several of our individuals and teams win and be nominated for ALUCA Awards is fabulous recognition of the great work of our industry, always doing their best for customers and the community more broadly,” MetLife COO David Campbell said.

“Our customer focus and dedication to helping them build a more confident future is reflected in these wins.”
