AIA upgrades adviser support hub

AIA Australia has redesigned its practice development centre, the Business Growth Hub, as part of a website upgrade.

More resources have been added, including Business Health, SRS Coaching and Consulting, MoneySoft and Norman Waterhouse estate planning.

AIA Chief Retail Insurance Officer Pina Sciarrone says the insurer is “committed to being the dominant business partner to advisers”.

“The business of running a professional financial advisory practice is more competitive than ever before,” she said. “Practice principals who want to create a more sustainable future business model are looking for value-added support and services.

“While we don’t intend to tell any adviser how to run their business, we have a valuable role to play in bringing expertise and resources to their business.”

The hub offers access to a variety of efficiency tools, plus a panel of expert consultants in marketing, client engagement, human resources, cashflow management and technical training.

“Our client development managers get asked every day by our adviser clients their opinions on business planning and management issues,” Ms Sciarrone said.

“It’s a natural partnership for AIA to bring its expertise and knowledge to advisers by offering access at a significant pricing advantage.”
