AIA Australia has appointed Harumi Hancox as Head of Strategic Partnerships, with responsibility for the insurer’s Master Trust Clients.

Master trust, known also as wrap account, allows individual investors to pool their funds so they can invest in a wider choice of investments, usually at wholesale prices.

Ms Hancox, who started last month, was previously head of group life consulting services at insurance broking and consulting firm IFS Insurance Solutions. She has worked in group insurance for 25 years, including as product manager with Axa.
