AIA Australia will provide a new life insurance-specific data feed to AdviserLogic, to help advisers produce faster and more accurate client policy information.

The system will help eliminate duplication and data entry errors when handling client information.

AdviserLogic feeds will allow seamless client information transfers from AIA to an adviser’s desktop without the need to re-enter or update records.

AIA Chief Retail Insurance Officer Pina Sciarrone says the life insurer has been developing strategic partnerships with cloud-based technology groups for faster processing.

“Streamlining administration for life advice, applications and claims is a major focus of efficiency improvement for AIA to help advisers deliver a better, faster client service delivery,” she said.

“Advisers are constantly seeking ways to create time savings and reduce complexity around insurance administration so they can focus on quality of advice and client conversations.”

AdviserLogic provides cloud-based software that enables advisers to standardise documentation and business processes, to increase productivity.
